• The Linux Documentation Project - sadly it appears that nothing is being maintained here anymore; most documents are from 2004 or so, which is now far too old.

• Linux Kernel Newbies - also sadly not very up-to-date

• The Linux Knowledge Base - sadly, also not well maintained. There are a few recently-written articles but the majority of the site is from the late 1990s. The article comments are also swamped with spam.
